Career Guidance at MSMSV helps students to select the right kind of job-oriented courses which will help them to take their career in the right direction. Students get a chance to explore and exhibit their talents. It is provided keeping in mind the students interests, aptitude, skills and abilities. We highlight individual strengths, interests and talents through tests and observations.
Career Guidance at MSMSV aims not only to help students to make the decision they need to make today but also to give them the knowledge and skills they require to make future career decisions. It empowers students and parents with knowledge, helps to explore different career options available after school, sets career pathway goals and saves on costs.
We are planning to involve the alumni of the Vidyalaya in the process of career counselling. Aptitude tests, workshops, orientations and One on One counselling is also availed by the students.
We at the Vidyalaya believe that the elements of career guidance model are awareness, exploration and preparation which help students to fulfil their aspirations by setting up realistic goals.
